Welcome to Dragonflies. Before you embark on your journey with us, please read the following terms and conditions carefully:
 

Booking Confirmation:

Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a deposit as specified by Dragonflies.
 

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Dragonflies.

 

Payment:
Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as specified by Dragonflies.

Full payment is required by the due date specified in your booking confirmation.
 

Changes to Itinerary:

Dragonflies reserves the right to modify tour itineraries, including but not limited to changes in accommodations, transportation, and activities, due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.

Every effort will be made to inform you of any changes as soon as possible.
 

Travel Documents:

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required vaccinations, prior to departure.

Dragonflies is not responsible for any delays or additional expenses incurred due to inadequate travel documentation.

Health and Safety:

While on tour, you are responsible for your own health and safety, as well as that of your belongings.

Follow all instructions provided by tour guides and adhere to local laws and regulations.

Dragonflies is not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage sustained during the tour.

 

Insurance.

We strongly recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, and other unforeseen events.

Dragonflies is not liable for any expenses incurred due to inadequate insurance coverage.


Behaviour:
Respect the customs, traditions, and cultures of the destinations you visit.
 

Behave responsibly and considerately towards fellow travelers, tour guides, and local residents.

Dragonflies reserves the right to remove any individual from the tour if their behavior is deemed disruptive or unacceptable.

Force Majeure:

Dragonflies shall not be held liable for any delays, cancellations, or other disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government restrictions.

Complaints:

If you have any complaints or concerns during the tour, please bring them to the attention of your tour guide or Dragonflies's customer service team as soon as possible.

We will make every effort to address your concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
